The downtown heliport
Our heliport rests in Riddarfjärden- next to the subway station “Gamla Stan” (Old Town), and with a walking distance to Slussen and the Central Station. The heliport can also be reached by car to Riddarholmen, followed by a short two-minute walk.
There is only one non-hospital heliport in central Stockholm, and it’s owned by Arlanda Helicopter AB. Police and rescue helicopters use our heliport when needed.
Take-offs and approaches are always flown in directions that cause least noise disturbance for the surrounding areas. We never use the heliport on early mornings, evenings or nights.
